Our services can certainly help you with obtaining really valuable feedback as part of an MBA module.Our ‘On Demand’ service uses our standard questionnaire template that is designed to suit most managers in the majority of situations. It is based on what is considered to be general good practice for leadership and management and is based on the capabilities listed in the panel below.
As part of the process, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire and then invite your nominated team members, peers and superiors to complete a questionnaire all in confidence using our secure on-line system that guarantees anonymity. This will generate a report that will be sent to you. We highly recommend a personal feedback session to go through the report and discuss the findings with you.
The second option is our ‘Enhanced’ service. This will enable you to have the basic questionnaire amended to suit your specific needs – we will talk this through with you or you can email your requirements and we will do the rest. Apart from this, the process is exactly the same.
