At Staff 360 we will:

  • Help you to choose the most appropriate questionnaire – either one of our predesigned ones (our ‘On Demand’ service) or something more tailored to suit your needs.
  • Our bespoke system ensures that data is collected through our totally secure on-line server.
  • All feedback is completely anonymous.
  • The feedback will be collated by our HR Professionals from HJA.
  • HJA will compile the findings from the data and prepare a report to feed back to the recipient.
  • The feedback report will remain private to recipient.
  • As an option, and in accordance with the CIPD’s good practice guidelines, the programme can include a feedback and coaching session with the recipient to help them prepare a Personal Development Plan (PDP) based on the findings. This is normally shared with their line manager.
  • We can recommend management development activities appropriate to the needs of the individual or a number of managers as a result of the feedback.
  • We fully abide by the good practice recommended by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD)
